Royal blue shorts with a gold waistband carrying a white CHAKRA wordmark and wide gold side panels made of stacked, armour-like segments. The front reads “PRINCE OF ALL SAIYANS” in large white lettering outlined in gold, with a black “M” symbol on the lower left leg and a red-and-silver device graphic on the lower right. The back is plain blue with “IT’S OVER 9000” lettered diagonally across the lower left leg. Gold trim runs along the hems and side splits.
